Introduction to snorkeling on a Zodiac €50

Service Description

Take advantage of the whale watching tour participants' training launch to learn open-ocean snorkeling. A state-certified diving instructor, passionate about fish, dolphins, whales, turtles, and more, will share his knowledge of Reunion Island's wildlife. A snorkeling tour to explore the coral reef will be offered depending on environmental conditions. You will always have the choice of going into the water or staying on the boat, depending on your abilities and preferences. Recommended spaces are for children aged 8 to 12 and for those who are unsure of their snorkeling abilities. These four spaces are available in addition to the Zodiac on the 7:45 a.m. and 11 a.m. whale watching tours. Please note: this tour does NOT involve entering the water with the whales. No dry gear is permitted on board except: sunglasses (recommended), windbreaker (in winter), hat, T-shirt (in summer), and water. Other dry belongings will remain in the cars or the Duocean truck. Snorkeling equipment provided: Wetsuits from XS to XXL Fins from 34 to 47 Masks and snorkels Shower at the dock is available at the end of the trip. The activity lasts approximately 3 hours and usually departs from Saint-Gilles-les-Bains. Duocean is a "truck" club. There are no facilities or changing rooms. The meeting point is at the port of Saint Gilles at the central island, under the white footbridge for vehicles going to the aquarium.
